Our Story

Salvador Hernandez.

Born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico with a culinary career based in Texas, Salvador has a love of home for both. His kitchen celebrates the individual cultures as well as the mix of flavors and recipes of both.

At age 20, he moved to the USA where he worked in a wide-range of kitchens in DFW and landed the opportunity to attend one of the most prestigious cooking schools in the country, The Culinary Institute of America.

It was full circle for Chef Salvador when after only six years in the restaurant and club industry, he was offered the Executive Chef position where he first worked as a prep cook and dishwasher. There, he was given the opportunity to further hone his skill.

Chef Salvador’s style of cuisine is centered around fresh flavors and seasonal, local ingredients. With influences from Mexico, Asia, France, and Italy, diners will also find the requisite traditional barbecue and southern style dishes.
